Rides are free within our primary zone (yellow) and
between the primary and secondary zone (blue).
All other rides are a
flat rate of $5, regardless
of the number of passengers.

- Yes, you can bring up to 2 additional passengers with you and service animals are welcome! Your passengers ride free, too!
- Where do I meet my driver?
- Once your ride has been confirmed, your ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) will be shown in the app. Your driver will arrive at the pick up location specified during the ride booking.
- How do I leave feedback about my driver or the service?
- You can leave feedback in the App or you can call our support number at (415) 469-1523.
